Authentication failed! Correct information and new install

Hey guys, i've just started today.

I've downloaded the newest version 3 times in 3 different folders and tried logging in on each one seperately but each time its telling me "Authentication failed!"

I have the correct information entered My key and my password, but it just wont work.

Any ideas or help would be appreciated.

Yeah sorry, forgot to add the log.

Invalid Account Details=wrong login info

you need only the key

not a pass

Well i'm using the key from Log On - Buddy Auth Portal

And my password attached to Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal

Edit:

I figured it out, if your using the product key the field needs to be empty.
