Authentication failed! .... again?

It ran fine yesterday. Now it wont login, same problem we had all weekend with auth failed message. I have downloaded the newest version.
 
All this errors. and things not working. It kinda says a lot about how much they work per day and how much they care about their customers.
 
It's gonna be fixed on monday. Yeah right...

UPDATE (5:30 CST / 10:30 GMT)

Auth servers look to be back up for the time being.
There may be more outages as we continue into the night and into tomorrow.

I cant see whats wrong in complaining about, a purchased product - thats faulty - and have been for a small week now!
 
nothing wrong, when they havent clearly indicated they are aware there may be issues today.

thats like ordering a pizza being told it will arrive in 30 minutes and calling back 5 minutes later to scream at the operator because your pizza is late.

once tomorrow hits, scream and rant all you want but they've given you information surrounding today.
 
Fuck i was running all night, my mistake was to disconnect 10mn this morning^^
 
ok. I just buyed this bot for the fifth time. It worked the other days, but now Authentication failed
 
It kinda hurts indeed to see auth failing again :(. Paying for 10 years is becoming a misconcept. Hope more focus is laid on fixing auth issues then on new features. Announcing outages on a fixed date and time would also be nice like blizz does, so i can stop my bots on forehand, instead of letting them get disconnected by blizz for idling too long. I don't like Blizz seeing 1000 peeps idling in the same timerange -> its kinda suspicious -> will lead to mass ban -> will lead HB to its extinction.

the new load balancer sure was worth the entire weekend wasted with a broken service.. not.
