Authentication failed 今天又出现这种问题

请确保C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc目录下的hosts文件没被修改, 确保使用官方版本HB登录,在官方下载最新版本进行干净安装,不要通过第三方软件启动HB
你确保你下载的是CN版本的HB吗?

如果CN版本你登录不了,可以尝试英文版本的服务器的HB,两个版本的服务器是不一样的,请检查下

please help

I love hb and have been using it for a couple of months with no issues, out of the blue today on both of my accounts I am now getting an authentication failed error. I have purchased multiple sessions and keys but they are not displayed in my portal. I have tried all troubleshooting steps that I could find for the issue, ie reinstall ect. Anyways Thanks for making such an awesome product...please help a boting simp. TY

anyone here, still have not recieved any assistance here or with the tickets i have submitted...I like hb and have payed for mult sessions this is starting to get on my nerves. I dont understand why it is tripping out sometimes now.

If you still can?t find it or it?s not listed on the buddyauth website then send an e-mail to [email protected] with your transaction ID. Please check your Spam folder first as it may be in there!
