authentication fail

okay, so i am confused. i payed for the 24.99 y++ sessions and when i got my activation code it said that i had 3600 days to use it starting from that first day, but for some reason now when i log in it says that i cannot use it, that i have used maximums sessions, and that my authentication code has failed.. why is this happening?

im a little late on reply but thank you!
the next thing is now my bot wont attacking targets while gathering anymore, it just stopped altogether, all it does it heal itself
its a resto druid if that matters at all
it used to moonfire then wrath till it was dead now it just starts there and heals itself
