Authentication Fail

I've run honor/gather buddy on my pc about a year ago and it worked fine. Now I am trying to use the new version and when I type in my account info I get a Authentication Failed error. I used the login information on a different pc that I had botted on more recently and it worked fine. Any idea why I would be getting the failed log in only on my one pc? I have 3 sessions, only one of which is being used.

I tried turning off both the windows 7 firewall and my microsoft security essentials separately and simultaneously and still no go. I'm on Windows 7 so I think framework is no problem. I bought a 1 day key to see if I was typing in the user info wrong but that gave the same error so it must be something on my pc and not the login info.

If any of this helps:
I tried copying over the install folder from a computer HB works on and still no go
I tried GB in addition to HB still didn't work
I have run GB successfully on this computer about 1 year ago

My PC specs:
Microsoft Defender, Default Microsoft Firewall, Microsoft Security essentials, I tried turning all of these off still didn't work
Windows 7 Home Premium
HP Pavilion dv6 Notebook PC
intel Core i7 CPU
4GB Ram
64bit operating system

add exceprions for Hb on both firewall and antivirus

something is blocking Hb

Hey, i just bought a new laptop, installed wow and everything, about to start to bot, downloaded everything, run HB go to enter my User and PW but its telling me Authentication Failed!!
how can i fix this cuz im pretty sure the username and PW is correct, cuz i think its the same to log into this website and also the buddyauth.com site. i tried disabling my firewall but that dosnt seem to help, any ideas why it isnt working? or anyways of resetting username and PW?
