is there an error window that pops?

Occasionally an error will pop up and say Could not load a file or assembly 'tripper.Tools.Version=1.0.0.0 Culture=neautral,Publickey token=c40611ce03f849a2 or one of its dependancies. the system cannot find the file specified

buddy.webp

Exact same issue here for me. Session has been killed and also receiving the "Authentication failed Max Sessions" error with the same popup. Cannot send error report because of the same issue.

Windows8 with correct software (used the checker program here in the forums) Dx11 and windowed mode. Nada :(

Help?

Come on.. I just bought this and THIS is what I get? Thats just silly.. so so silly..

Fixed: After doing some more research I was able to successfully get to login. Here's what I checked and did, perhaps this will work for you:

-As the guide says, ensure the HB.exe is in the same folder as your wow directory.
-Ensure the settings are correct for your OS. I.E I use Windows 8 so the game runs on Dx11, windowed mode and as a 32 bit client (i'm using 64 bit os).
-The game HAS to be started before starting HB.
-Ensure both .NET framework and your C++ are up to date. Here is a link to the current C++ Download Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86) from Official Microsoft Download Center

Not saying that this WILL work for you however I had the same issue as you and it's now working. Good luck!
