Is anyone else having an authentication error all the time? Seems if I close HB and open it back up I get the error "There was an error authenticating your key with the server. Please try again later or use a different key." I have a lifetime key so I don't understand why I keep getting this error. Can someone clue me in?

Guys this is not random and pretty easy to explain.
Once you connect to the buddy server, you have an active session. If because of whatever your client crashes/hb loses the connection, the session remains active on the server.
What you can do is either wait some minutes, till the server recognizes there isn't any active session anymore or, which is a lot faster
you logon to Log On - Buddy Auth Portal and kill the active session.
