Authenticating Problems....

Logged in to my character and everything and when I try to start up HB it says this:
Authenticating..
The HTTP connection failed! Are you sure you are connected to the internet?

Anybody got a clue what it is doing, worked earlier today for me?

Check Firewall, Routers, and AntiVirus.

HTTP problem means hes having problems with the bot connecting to the AUTH servers, so something is blocking it, IE: Firewall, Routers, and AntiVirus.

also do you have a proxy or something?

5 minutes ago i used the bot regulary, now, since a little relog i got the same message without any change of the machine!
