Tracert had 0 loss with 10 jumps, ping worked great, can log in everywhere else. I am not sure what else could be wrong aside from a client-side (Blizzard) change? Any insight/knowledge and if so, expected fix date?
 
Hi there, firstly thanks for the attention as I'm sure the flood of the same error messages is quite annoying. I am getting this message looking at my account, which may or may not be the problem? I am also seeing "SESSION LIMIT" when attempting to login where you suggested. I only have 1 version of HB running, I've tried the usual power cycle, dns flush, ping, tracert to verify connection.

I was fooling around with the shopping cart and it seems I might have accidentally added something to cart.

Attempting to run a single session on one computer. Is is possible it's compromised? It is possible that server-side the connections can be killed allowing me to logon or no?
 
If you add new Buddy products, and haven't paid for them, then none of your Buddy products will work. Here is some more information about it.

Basically, you'll probably need to post in the Payment Issues forum to get Bossland involved to fix it, if that's the problem.

Thanks, was quite stupid of me. Botanist was also a great help and recommended a few things which I fixed but still was getting "SESSION LIMIT" message attempting to login to hb.buddyauth. Hoping this will fix the problem, if not or if it does.. either way I will be posting here again :)

prob since he linked HB and not GB?

I know he posted in GB forum, but ppl post in the wrong forums all the time. I assumed it was for hb since he posted he was trying to load hb
