Authbuddy.com + auth key - not working!!!!!!

Just bought HB key this mourning,[and it has not worked once!]

registered for authbuddy.com,etc - worked for a while but is now saying my password is wrong,
I reset the pass put in the one given to me through e-mail and still nothing works!

I have gone into options as told in guide and changed everything to suite the guide and of course im running as admin both wow & HB, have reset modem/router
Set everything up then put auth in(have checked for spaces,etc)

and nothing auth failed have tried multiple times

log says;

I downloaded update via downlaoding from this link?

and still it does not work,
if not im not sure how to update

add an exception on your firewall and your antivirus

done and done - still "auth failed"

also i can not get onto buddyauth.com? says wrong password- so i reset and still nothing
(could this be part of the same problem)?

NEVERMIND!!!!!!!!!!!!!
just downloaded it again and put a second copy on the desktop now both are working.

Make sure you enter your key in the first field of the HB login box and leave the second empty.
