Hello after reading some similar cases I went to buddyauth.com to try and get the key, but it is nos working at all, whenever I try to register the email with which I purchased the subscription it says I have to use the email I used to make the purchase (?) Just wtf? Can anyone tell me what I have to do to get the bot working? Thanks in advance.
 
the email you used to get the key or paypal email. try one of those. it should work.
 
No, it doesn't. I've already sent an email to support attaching the proof of purchase that was sent to my email when I paid with the credit card
 
So you tried the email that you got the confirmation email/receipt in? And you are clicking register not login on buddyauth.com right?
 
I already sent an email to support but so far I haven't gotten a reply. When will I be able to start using what I already paid for? :mad:
 
When am I going to get an answer from support? I sent the email yesterday, I mean just how hard is to read a short email? I would get it if there were a lot of messages, but there are only 5 or 6 corresponding to the last two day! Come on admins give me an answer or at least refund my money.

Yeah, it's been sorted in a way, though I would have prefered tohave the actual key sent to me instead of having the order cancelled and the money refunded
 
I guess I'll have to give up on using this site's bot. After getting my previous order cancelled, I made the purchase again using PayPal instead of the credit card directly and am having the exact same issue, I get the email confirming the order, but when I go to the to register the email I keep getting the error saying that I have to use the same mail I used for puchase, can you tell me if hotmail is known to bring problems like this on this site?
 
Just as a heads up Martinp20 your time doesnt start ticking until after first use, so you will still get everything you paid for. As for support, they are always swamped with emails for many different things. Thankfully Tony was free and is looking into it.
 
I have already gotten a reply from someone called Joro on support but he didnt provide any help, he just cancelled my previous order. Thats why I made another attempt at purchasing a suscription, only to be greeted with the same error as before. Obviously I sent him another message telling what was happening, but so far he hasnt replied back.
 
He may be an expert regarding payments, but I didn't want to have my money back, I wanted to get the bot working. But he didn't even give me any information regarding why he cancelled my order; and so far I haven't gotten another reply to my second inquire regarding my second attempt on buying the damn thing, even though I asked him if hotmail was known to cause this sort of problems so as to use gmail or another service when making the purchases.
 
So are you having issues purchasing the bot or getting it to work.

If you're having issues to get the bot working you'll have to post a log here. If you're having issues purchasing the bot then you contact support.
 
That's it, I give up. Tried to buy the damn suscription with amex, visa and paypal and each an every payment have been cancelled. In the end I never received an explanation as to why I had all this issues because of your lack of support so to say; only 1 reply since saturday only saying that it had been cancelled. Well anyways time to try other bots.
 
If you've been using a proxy or VPN to purchase PF it'll be cancelled. Sorry to hear that.
