Have been trying to log into HB since my purchase and have been unsuccesfull, wanted to know if there is something on my end that I am doing wrong or what? ANy help would be appreciated, yes I know it's all case sensitive... to prevent that from being a problem lol

Well it keeps telling me that I have invalid account details, which I'm pretty sure i'm using the right one... the one that has the key registered to it.. it just says Invalid Account Details, Authentication failed... can you tell me exactly what I should be inputting on the login window to make sure I'm using the right one?
