Auth failed (with logs)

Having alot of trouble with auth failed lately, I will post here all the logs as the bot crashed every 15-30 minutes.
I'm using 279 with only 2 plugins (latest versions) Trinity 1.6.3.4 and RadsAtom 1.5.1.
