Auth Failed, Unable to Connect to buddy Servers

Hey all never had any issues with HB until this coming up from the new HB download.
I have installed the new HB twice in case i was in error, but all i get is the error before even inserting my HB Key.
If anyone can direct me to a fix or has similar issues any info accepted.

yes, ive tried downloading zip and that has worked.
