Purchased Bather Buddy a few days ago and still haven't been able to use it.
Followed every troubleshooting link I could find but still get the "AUTH BAD" error message.
Have PM'ed admin a couple of times but no response.
Does anyone have any suggestions for this?
Is this typical of their support?
