Auth Bad

Purchased Bather Buddy a few days ago and still haven't been able to use it.

Followed every troubleshooting link I could find but still get the "AUTH BAD" error message.

Have PM'ed admin a couple of times but no response.

Does anyone have any suggestions for this?

Is this typical of their support?

when you log into: Honorbuddy - Login or http://gb.buddyauth.com it says BAD AUTH?

AUTH BAD on both URLs

AUTH BAD=wrong user or pass
check your caps
make sure that you are trying to log with your shop acc and not forums acc
and aslo make sure that you dont have any symbols on your pass

Shop Acc? What is that?

I've looked through the emails I received from Bossland GmbH and there are 4 - none contain any mention of a "Shop Acc"

I purchased using Paypal - don't recall setting up a "second" account; just the first time I registered with site, which are the credentials I used to logon to forums.

I have no emails that mention a "Shop Acc"..
