I've been getting this for about 18 hours now. I just bought GB a few days ago. GB ran excellently for days, but all the sudden this started happening. It is awesome BTW I must congratulate Hawker and Boss for the success. I realize that if I had been blacklisted by an admin that I wouldn't have the opportunity to make this post, so I think (and hope) that this is just a technicality.

I have tried to release/renew my ip to no avail. I also tried rebooting the router and pc, but with no joy.

I have booted to an old install of xp. Joy exists. I now have reason to believe it is either vmware or eset nod32 causing the network malfunction.

edit: not to defy your attempt to help tony, in fact i appreciate it very much, it is that i cant quite log into msn messenger just yet. I can gget into hotmail, but am having problems getting outlook to work with it :*(

ran hijackthis, removed everything, uninstalled nod32 and vmware, and now it works

installed kapersky and it still works

propably its your firewall
disable it and try again

just try disable Kaspersky and run programm - nothing...
Problem still here.
Two days ago all work fine

something on your pc prevents the connection to the server that authenticates the ssl certificate

Gatherbuddy worked this morning fine no problems, now I get AUTH FAIL. Nothing has changed other than going to work come back home and try to get back on.
