attemptAuth: FAILED! on my Gatherbuddy

I keep getting this message:

attemptAuth: FAILED!

I have been trying for the past 4 days and would now work. Its paid and everything. I can log in at http://auth.gatherbuddy.com with no problem. I erased the folder with the problam and re-download an fresh GB software and it didnt work. I dont see any customer service on he website so please some admin help me out plz.

Have you tried resetting your password on the shop?

I can log in at http://auth.gatherbuddy.com with no problem.

If that's the case, then its an issue with your system or connection not letting GB talk to the auth servers.

1. Check/disable firewalls
2. Check/disable antivirus
3. Check hardware firewall and/or router
4. Try creating a new administrative account on your machine and running GB from the new account
