Attacking problems / CC, CLU, Singular problems

I am using a skyshard profile that farms tricksters in vale. Most of the time my character will run up to mobs and someitmes aggro them but not dismount and attack. Here is my log.

it targets them or just running to them and getting agro?

It targets them but just ignores the majority of them m8, sometimes my character acts really strangely and eventually decides to attack a mob but then goes back to ignoring them for a long time.
