Hey,

Got my key the second I paid and it takes the key just fine. When I try to attach to the process, I get the following error:

error.webp

The picture is tiny. Can you press Ctrl-C on it and paste it, or take a larger screenshot?

I just repaired my .net framework and restarting now to see if that fixes the issue

Same issue and error message when trying to attach again, ran as admin. .net framework 4.0 was updated.

This is on a windows 7 x64 pc

Can you give a bigger screenshot or just copy the message box? You can copy it by pressing Ctrl-C while having it active.

Did you extract the files from the .zip file you downloaded, or are you trying to run it directly from the .zip file? If not, can you try extracting it first, then trying again?

Try right-clicking GigaLoader.dll, select Properties, and take a screenshot of that tab and put it up here.

sorry the screenshots are coming in so little, not sure why its resizing them

I figured out the problem....I checked the properties of the other .dll files and noticed that it said that they were being blocked because they had come from another computer, there was a button to unblock the files, so I went and unblocked all the blocked .dll files and it attached!

That is great news! That was what I was looking for on the GigaLoader.dll.
Hopefully this issue will be fixed for other users in the future. Thanks for your patience!

was able to get a picture of the blocked .dll from the routines...see screenshot and see note at bottom of properties unblock.webp

It would be useful if you could tell me what level your UAC is set to. You can find this by going to Control Panel -> System and Security -> "Change User Account Control settings" which is below Action Center. Thank you very much.

EDIT: Nevermind this, I figured it out. The culprit is Internet Explorer which sets security rules on downloaded (zip) files.

Thank you even though that wasn't the issue - the issue was Internet Explorer and we will fix ASAP. Thanks for the patience!
