Attach Key / New purchase but already claimed key?

Hello there,

I just ordered another key after a little break, payed by paypal/credit card.
The E-Mail arrived.
I gone to buddyauth to attach my key but it says it is already used/claimed!


When did I purchase,pay & get the key?

There it tells me I got a

Unused / Inactive Key from 4/27/2016 10:44:26 AM I didn't even know I got that.

But I cannot find the new one, I ordered couple minutes ago.
