Atempting to reset

I was unable to find a resolution via the search function so please don't flame me

I took a 9 month break from WoW and this site, when I purchased honorbuddy i got the elite or lifetime whatever you want to call it, pre all the recent changes I have seen on the site, anyways I am trying to reset my shop password.

I went to Log On - Buddy Auth Portal and selected the password reset, i remembered the username and its using my current email address so I was able to "reset" the password, only issue is when I try to use the new password that I changed it to, I cannot login to either Honor or Gather buddy.

Is there a update period for the passwords? Is there another link I can use to resolve the issue? Id like to keep my account since its all being grandfathered in and not have to buy a new account.

Ok so it looks like I need a new key, I used the one I had grandfathered in and its not working, how can I submit my old key for a new one?

I just found - http://www.buddyauth.com/MyKeys/RequestKeys

and it says it cannot find my email address....

thats normal cuse you dont have a key
you are an old school user(user and pass)

if you know your shop username just reset your pass here
