anytime i've had a ticket, or used restoration, you usually get that survey thing in the top right corner near the mini map. if you havent done a ticket or anything similar, i'd be worried.

Yup, a GM opened a ticket with you and closed it, presumably to check if you were there or not.

So I went ahead and contacted customer support to check what the hell was that.

First of all, I had no whispers at all that day. No contact whatsoever with the GM.

The CS Representant said it was most likely a bug caused by an expired ticket that prompted an expired survey a long time after.
