What days in a week and what time in a day do they bans?
On my logic is following, please let me know what you think.

1. They don't ban at saturday and sunday since nobody is working
2. Bans happens at office hours

I have not enough ban experience, share me your thought.

there's no schedule. if your being a douche they will ban you. SOMETIMES they save up ban reports and execute a bunch of ban orders at once, but again its when ever the hell blizzard decides, IF they decide.

The ban executor is software or people?
they get a bunch of reports, decide who to ban, then execute them all at once.

its probably some guy. however if your doing stupid stuff like hacking or ranking up a ton of player reports you will probably get an automated suspension.

Usual server-side perma autobans (Eco / License Banned 3rd party) usually rolls out at 10-11 CET for US and 17-18 CET for EU. Days are random except weekends (less likely) and tuesday/thursday (more likely) both US and EU.
Manual ones incl. report bans (Notice of Perma/Temp Account Suspension) rolls out immidiately after blizzard guy looks at it, looks at something that caused shitload of reports, or just randomly noticed obvious bot in the world.
Same for deep investigation complete wipeouts (License Under Review), these are also random and instant. But unlikely you will face this, unless you run too too obvious bot-farm.
