Ashran FPs Issue

Good morning , my problem I have is when in ashran my fps is okay until there are a lot of players in one spot and thers a massive battle my fps gets down to 1 fps which is difficult to even move, when I switch off hb its fine.
I have tried singular, lazy raider instead of enyo set my process to high use dx9 still unable to to get my fps up my computer is a gaming computer .
Any help would be much appreciated so I can sort the issue out .................. oh my antivirus is windows defender and I have tried disabling that as well

thats going to happen, because its taking more time to pull data for all the players and process what it has to do next.

well you can post a log and i can see whats going on, but theres a lot of processing and that processing takes time when you add more players. unfortunately that means it has to stop rendering to pull all the needed data from wow to process it and decide what its going to do every frame.
