Hey just got a few questions to understand the reasoning behind such long downtimes.

Are you just doublechecking everything in case that GGG added some anti bot mechanism or is stuff legit breaking and not working anymore?
Not really have alot of insight in that matter so I thought id ask.

If its only the doublechecking, cant u just do a beta with the current client and ppl can just bot with it with a higher risk?

And a lot of content will be in principle unbottable, the labythinth etc with random traps etc. So most new content will probably be irrelevant to EB.

Well dbf said that he has access to alpha and that there wont be any downtime on questplugin since he made it work on it.So obviously the bot was working on the alpha,why would it break the API on the release?

Because they will most likely change the redundant TPS spyware and probably update the high speed RX array. Also I saw some talk on reddit about they will start high speed THX matrix to program their interface!

All of this takes a lot of time to reverse engineer...

how would he have access to alpha when the game isn't even out
 
You guys got trolled hard by dbf. QuestPlugin won't have any downtime because nothing's going to change in the quest matter in the new expansion. But many things in the bot itself will not work and need to be fixed. It's the one guy (pushedx) that is working alone one a whole bot, thousands of functions, values etc etc. When memory patterns and offsets change, it's hell a work to find the proper ones again for that amount of stuff.

PS: Today I realized that pushedx nick came from "push edx" in assembler language xD Never thought of it like that.

get back to work on that auto belt equipper tormiasz, what are you doing looking on a dead forum
 
Offsets can be auto updated. That's not the issue.
Try disassembling thousands of new unknown functions. That and GGG's trackrecord of a bazillion of fix patches they deploy.

Did I say my AutoEquip is going public? Nope. It has no GUI, configured for my needs and making it working for everyone would make me sit on it for a month.
And it's not just belt equipper. Currently rings, belts, amulets and flasks are supported.

then it looks like i'm going to have to write my own belt equiipper. It will equip belts with res, hp and a whole assortment of stats the public would want in a belt
 
Doc,you make belt equiper ill make boots equiper and we need few more ppl for the other parts ok?

fool! are you crazy? belts are one thing, but boots?! we all know a boot equipper is just as hard as creating a whole new bot

Thats why ill take on the boots and you and the rest do the other parts.

But hey dont expect us to make the equipers public.
