Artifact Power while questing

Hello,

I have levelled a character using the questing bot, but it uses the artifact power as it goes. I was wondering if there is a way to change is so it doesn't use it and hoards it instead so I can stack one weapon at a time. I have looked through all the settings and I can't find anywhere to turn this off. I really hope it can be turned off. Sad panda if it can't.
