I can't remember who asked me for some articles regarding bot detection as I did a cleanup in my inbox.

Theese are some interesting articles one should read to get a grip about how complex bot detection can be.

(Though Blizz might not implemented anything like this, or they have something similar we will never know, THEESE ARE "ONLY" CONCEPTS and I wanted to share some of them to people who are intrested in reading up on stuff like this )

Exploiting Software: How to Break Code - Greg Hoglund (Not gaming specific, Have not read this one yet)


I'm not linking to any articles directly because you either have to buy them or find (some of) them at the authors website for free.
Now read them and appreciate what Honorbuddy has to counter and stop nagging them.

Some of these articles are pretty old and some are somewhat new, so dont take them for beeing state of the art, and they can be somewhat technical to read.

ALSO, please refrain from saying stuff like "Oh, HB should do this because I read this in the article x", they have probably already read alot of them if not all, and they know what they are doing
