Artemis Keylogger ? What is dis?

Something weird happening since today.

Everytime i launch hbrelog+hb i got something like this that MC Afee put in quarentaine :

Scan.dll.new
Artemis!D833AE51A663


Any idea?

Hi, Spongebobbot,

Neither HB, nor HBRelog, contain a file called "scan.dll". However, the WoWclient does, and the WoWclient was having an issue with a 'false positive' with certain AV products.

You might try zipping up your directories, and submitting them to http://VirusTotal.com/, and see what they say. It could be a false positive, or it could be real. You'll need to make that determination.

mcafee remove it from yuor pc. wprst av ever. use microsoft essentials and built in av fw

Just a warning, the last time I used mcafee, it removed some system 32 files causing an error on startup, that was back in 2004 though, but it was the last time I used that av, I would suggest getting another av, from what I hear every time its mentioned, mcafee has gotten to be one of the worst antiviruses out.
