Arms Warrior CC and DPS

I'm currently looking for what CC is best for Arms warrior while raiding, and is it my or do you get low dps on single target bosses?

I'm curious as to your definition of "low DPS," as I actually hand play my warrior while raiding.

Well I'm used from beta till now to hand play fury, I'm a compelte retard with Arms eventough I needed a respecc since Arms does really good dps in 4.3 since I'm on 5/8 heroics.

with low dps I mean single target 19-21k walking.
