Arena Botting - What am I missing here..is this even doable?

Ok - so, I am pretty well versed in how to use the various bots, plugins, etc - can get them to work fine doing just about anything I want except for Arena.

My problem seems to be that it doesn't matter what bot I use - whether it's Lazyraider, Raidbot, Mutli (using LR and BG) - etc... the CC just doesn't seem to work in it - have tried most of the ret pally ones - even have the $50 dollar vangard advanced... and I have also tried setting one toon as main with leader plugin and set to tank (other toon in party follows just fine) - but the CC doesn't work on either toon I use.

If any of you would be so kind, can you layout exactly how you get this to work? I've read most of the arena posts I can find here and I'm just not getting things to work. I've wracked up an impressive 0-9 for my efforts haha.

For melee it's pretty easy with a good CC

eZret for the Paladen CC PWNS in arenas.......my 5k ress pally whipes out the nubs lol have it set on Combat Bot and do movement and targeting yourself

If anyone know how to make CC's or prifiles for this I would LOVE to know. Im only of the guys that wishes they never took skirmishes out of the game so it would be badass if I could run a profile on one account and actually play my other one!

I only do this in 2's and control the main, usually have a shaman healer with wowsham CC following me. But recently I ran with a DK / Lock, where I used Singular CC on the lock and controlled the DK myself. Had an easy CP Cap

It's no point going for higher then the cap, cause at around 1600 rating you will need a brain to asses what is needed for the situation. AI isn't that smart yet. Also, if you're no good in PvP / Arena on your main, don't expect miracles. HB will not boost you trough Arenas, you need to boost the follower. So don't blame HB if you suck at PvP

I dont understand the point of botting arenas. You have all week to get 7wins...Get full Ruthless gear before you start doing arenas and you are set.

What i would love is a CC that only interrupts spells. I will move my character, i will do dmg, i will do everything but the moment my target starts to cast i want the bot to automatically interrupt the spell.

Is there such a CC?

Your 'point' of beeing in full ruthless doesn't solve the fact that you need a teammate to do arenas. I don't need a teammate to get (cataclysmic) geared. I have more then one account and they all have full Ruthless and 50% Cataclysmic gear. I don't want to pug with strangers, and my guildies can only do so many Arenas before they're sick of me. And having a full 7 days to get the cap? What do you mean with that, running just BG's for CP? Cause I hate BG's, so for me that is not an option. So reasons enough I'd say

And the CC you're looking for I haven't seen yet. I would be interested in such a thing, but then for instance for a Lock that checks the DoT's bit and refreshes them when they run out. Would be nice to see something like that.

There is a plugin called 'interrupter' or something like that, but then you'd still have to run lazyraider or combatbot. Not sure if there is a way of disabling everything but the interupts.

This is what I would like to do. I would like to make a CC (I'm not sure what things are what programing wise) for a resto shaman that purges my Mains target heals my main, and interrupts into a hex into a interrupt on a caster. The thing I would like the most is the knowledge to be able to make a profile or cc or plugin whatever it is that would allow me to setup movement for all the different arenas.

And yes the only reason I would want to make a bot for arena is so I could Q up whenever I want. Im sick of the LF partners game that comes with not being able to solo Q. Honestly I've carried players that I think would have to be worse than a bot we could make to 2k+ so being able to Q whenever I want would be really fun even if it means I only get to play in the 1600-1800 bracket all those I really think I could push higher than that if I had the knowledge to be able to configure profiles, CCs, and plugins.
So please if you think you could do this or are able to point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it.

yea once you start botting arenas and messing with the good players HB team might be in a world of trouble as hardcore PvPer's will not have a bunch of bots doing what they can. im sure they would cry to blizz and blizz would so do something about it. same as raiding when the bot can go in there and raid and do just as good or better than humans and you dont have to touch it then there will be hell to pay so i think its safe to not get it this advanced.

You could probably bot, without too much trouble, warlock and resto shaman to high ratings.

What's the point of bumping a thread asking for a pointer in the right direction when I allready gave you one valid option in this post? You guys tried that, or are you just waiting for others to spell it out for you? It's not supported, so get creative. Then if you try stuff and run into problems you might get help with the bits you're actually stuck on. No one is gonna give you a 'click-and-win' plugin, so stop asking for that by bumping this post. Use the tools you do have available, cause it allready can be done in it's basic form. (read the post)

Actually, Bossland is already in trouble. Read more about the lawsuit. Blizzard will rain hell on you when you mess with their game, regardless of which kinds of players you are pissing off.
