Arelogger and curse client shows blank window, exept the Commercial

Dont know if this is the right place to post, but i have had this problem befor, the last time i formated the pc since i dint find out what was wrong.
I think it has something to do with microsoft net framework or something. I have the latest of everything.

I am truly stuck now, please help me

you could try uninstalling your .net and reinstalling it.
thats the only thing i can suggest, as it looks like something is messed up.
