ARelog not working at all

So i downloaded arelog, try and run it as an admin, and right away I get this error message. Help please, i have big plans and arelog would make life so much easier!

I cant read it.

Could be my Screen, but even the link is too small.

Could you write it down?

If it says A Referral was send from the server, then you need to right click it, click properties, select always start as admin.

If it says something else, please post it.

Edit: Now i can read it, just do what i said.

And what i said is NOT the same as right clicking and selecting start as admin!

Yeah same problem too -.-
After i reset my PC i tried to download it and the same was stand there by me
