This is a pretty simple poll.

Are you botting after the recent bans? Or are you laying low until things cool down a little?

If your answer is yes or no, feel free to tell us if you've been banned before, or anything else you might wanna say.

I am still botting. I see no reason to stop at the moment. No one knows for sure what the cause of the bans are, I don't think DB is detected just yet otherwise we would of seen a lot more. I'm not going to speculate what I think is getting people banned, because it just spreads misinformation.

I don't see a reason to stop botting just yet, if DB was detected then yes I would. But right now it all seems to be about luck maybe. I only bot on 2 accounts, as close to 24/7 as Diablo 3 and freezing/crashing will allow me.
 
I'm tired of this kind of conversation. Who's afraid of using the bot, is the wrong business.


it seems that this forum is full of childrens that want to know more than is supposed. want to know this kind of posts methods and ways to make money. but do not want to run no risk of losing accounts.

Never seen any old school guy to do this kind of questions. Everyone knows how the business works. Earns you money .. lost accounts .. invests up .. so simple. Who are not willing to lose money sometimes to make money later. Need searching a real job..

As I said .. you can always see the "join date".

true story mate, I run 3 accounts ATM, and even one of them is my main account, i keep going until ban, they even earn more money on 30 hours than what they cost... so i just bot as much i can, until ban :D
thats the buisness, DONT EVER BOT just because you need gold, then you are going to have a bad time, because you will be banned, and you wont have earned alot in that time, rather 24/7 than 12/7....

When Blizzard bans you faster than you can recoup your losses and you have run out "discretionary funding" to buy new accounts, vp or testing out methods to delay Blizzard ban detection, it's probably best to retire from the botting scene silently.

Sadly, a significant % of DemonBuddy customers belong to the "Bot because need gold for personal play/bragging" group.

I voted yes btw, not because it is safe... It is never safe to bot. I just understand if I bot. I WILL lose an account at some point. How much you make between now and then is all that really matters.
 
After reading enough of these threads and browsing these forums for hours, i've come to the conclusion you might as well just bot 24/7. no point on taking breaks, no point on running in 18/24 hours. Bot all the time, you already take the risk, why not go balls deep.
 
If bossland programs all have a tripwire and can be killed instantly, wouldn't blizzard know this and simply have a system in place to ban botters more gradually. Let's say they pool a 100 known botters, wouldn't it be smarter to ban then at random intervals over a 24 hour period then all at once? It would throw everyone off especially those who have multiple bots running.

I'm waiting until things mature a little to bot.

Things are pretty mature with botting and blizzard games already.

Honorbuddy? It's amazing how long their service has been going. Hell PIROX was even taken down. I NEVER thought that would happen.

The fact that Honorbuddy has been around through some tough times allows me to have inane faith in the DB team and I seriously doubt that we will ever be "banned". If you keep it to the 8hr rule go ahead and do it on your main. Never. Ever. Never.
 
I only have 1 account, but if I stop boting it means that I will not play D3 anymore. Need gold for items and personal use, cannot see any other way of finding tohse. So...If I will get baned, then bye bye blizz and D3...I wont miss it a bit.
 
It's never safe to bot, so if you're afraid of getting banned then don't bot at all.
 
i had to accounts given to me from friends that dont play anymore i have 2 more accounts just waiting for the double session to be added to our DB accounts. Then ill be botting 4 free accounts 24/7 and having my main account that i bought as a mule and not botting on it. If the accounts ever get banned my friends will have blizzard unban them saying their accounts got hacked and they never actually played very much. I'll just get the accounts back after blizzard unbans them from my friends.

If you are tired of this talk, dont talk about it. and keep your opinions to yourself. Maybe you need to Realize that some people are NOT using bots as a "business", and there is nothing wrong with asking a question on a forum. invented to ask questions... it seems this forum is full of children flaming everyone for posing a simple question...if you dont like the poll DONT ANSWER THE POLL

whatever that mini ban wave was stopped 2 days ago. Last few people who got hit could of just been flagged from before or they got unlucky. Bot 24/7 until the next ban wave because people can say omg 24/7 gets you banned are slow you're just as likely to get banned doing 10 hrs. All of my bans were not 24/7 and only botted them while I was on basically for the last week or 2 before they were banned.

Ya know... some people bot for self-enjoyment... like for this game, to get gold so you can get gear so you can finish the game or level alts.
Many people don't do this for the monetary gain, so having an account banned can be pretty annoying.
