Are there any profiles that make you seem more human?

Not sure how sophisticated profiles can get, so I wanted to ask. Are there any that let your hero jump around every now and then, not move from point A to point B and kills things in such a robotic-like fashion, emote things like /wave if someone emotes you, etc. Basically sacrificing efficieny for believability.

I assume not, but you never know. I'm willing to pay of course for something like this.
