Are there any optimal wizard/cm/sc profiles?

I kinda feel like giles trinity and belphegor is a little buggy when using sc cm wiz build.
Since the tornados are random, it just takes longer than I would like sometimes to kill stuff if its slightly out of range of my chain reaction rune, or frozen by frost nova.
Anybody else understand what i mean?

Also, is it more profitable to run hell SUPER fast with 280% gf, or run inferno slow and steady with less GF (about 100%)?

I've noticed the same issues, I think that the current version just has some issues with avoidance and stuff. Hopefully the next version will have fixes. I have a fairly strong CM wizard, ~1300 AR after prismatic armor, 50% crit, and the bot still manages to get me killed doing random stuff nearly a dozen times an hour in act 3.
What I've tried doing is editing the CS file and changing energy twister's properties. I switched it to USE_INSTANTLY instead of USE_SLOWLY, and also set it to use whenever mana is above 25. I may remove the mana limiter all together and see if that makes a difference. When I play manually I just hold left click down for energy twister, so I was hoping that a change like this would increase the spam speed.

I would run Hell mode if you are botting for gold, Inferno is mainly for item farming unless you have a crazy geared character.
