Are garrisons going to be worth anything?

I don't know, I don't really see the value of putting too much time into my garrison over leveling up alts with all the professions I need. I can get more out of farming adamantite/fel iron ore per hour than trying to farm for Draenic Dust to get a Temporal crystal, for example. I must be doing it wrong?

Garrisons offer a way to shuffle mats into your preferred professions and into higher quality crafting mats

Yes Garrisons are worth your time. You will get a lot of achievs, toys, I think mounts, little profession things that no other way to get unless thru Garrison. Also if you PvP some of the followers will help you in bgs.

Dunno, but I do know that farming draenic dust to get temportal crystals is just as dumb atm as crafting Luminous Shards with draenic dust atm.

I have no idea whats feasible for botting strategies atm. Hell I don't even know what most of the professions do besides general info. All I saw was that Temporal crystals go for a decent amount on the ah, while most of the other things you can craft are garbage, or at least seem like it.

because there is a lack of epic items to DE in the game at this current stage, a few weeks after raid is out, prices will drop.

Yeah, it's not worth the time to try and get them. Savage Blood though might be worth getting a lvl 3 barn atm.
