Are bounties working?

Are bounties still being worked on? I havent had any luck so far. Not complaining, great work with everything else. We really appreciate your hard work devs.
I'd just really like to be able to reroll legendaries, instead of wait forever for that perfect ancient drop.

In bounties I'm finding lots of stucks game restarts, and missed loot. Am I doing something wrong?
I'm running adventurer bounties and am finding no reliability in them. Running latest version, fresh install.
