Archer buddy won't down load

I get a error message

make sure you have all necessary dependant files installed ie net framework 4.5.1 and 4.5.2 and visual studio runtimes and directx although don't think directx matters for ab just aa itself. pretty sure both net framework and the vc++ runtimes are needed though to even update it

for runtimes they all should be listed and downloadable here

as for net framework just google search for it to its from microsoft as well and so it directx.
