ArcheologyBuddy xp/hour very low

I have 280% mount on my level 70 shaman, and I'm only getting 160k xp/hour at best (I'm not rested) so that's like 7-8 hours per level. Is that what I should be getting ??

Are you grinding? You shoulden't have archeology selected then but grinding. Or is it me that misunderstood your post?

I dont want to grind its bullshit. I'm leveling using archaeology but it seems really slow even tho I have 280% flying mount

if you dont have any BOA pieces, yes. You will level that slow.
It's best to archy in kalimdor unntil 76 and then continue normal leveling.

I have 2 boa pieces.. and I'm arching in Kalimdor. how long should level 70-71 take in average?

My full BOA'd hunter with 10% guild bonus was around 4h. from 70-76. Solid 400k an hour.

I get 4095 xp per node and i have guild bonus and 2 boa.. even if i had full boa i'd be getting like 200k per hour ... that's very weird I dont understand

Also do you arch in kalimdor or EK ?

What you mean shitty digsites? all far away from each other? I don't think that's the problem ive been having the same xp/hour since the beginning of this level

EDIT : I just dinged level 71 and i'm getting 220k xp/hour ... i guess level 70 is just bugged or really long
