ArcheBuddy resets my game settings

Every time I start the game using ArcheBuddy, all the interface and skillbar settings reset to default and when I want to play manually by launching from Glyph, I have to set up the entire interface from scratch. How can I make the bot stop doing that?

Try to remove the automatic selection of the character, and select it manually from the client

Under Auto choice character you can because of the choice of the character's position in a numeric value to the account?

Oh so If I set the bot to select character number 2, I should change it to "Not selected" and select manually?
