Hello

I have problems while login.

[email protected]: Starting account:
8:43:19: Game Client detected
[email protected]: Account is successfully launched.
8:43:21: Authentication success! Checking for store products. This may take a while.
8:43:22: Done. Receive info about 3 buddy store plugins.
8:44:24: Client initialization timeout!
[email protected]: logout success

I Tried in 2 different machines/ISP

Check that your antivirus\firewalls dont block AB inject

My AB have this problem too. And I have the antivirus desnable. What I have to do?

Disabled AV still can block injects. You should configure it, add AB to "white" lists\ AB folder\files\etc - all should be whitelistet. Or deinstall AV.
If nothing will help - wait untill 3th jan.

I have the AB folder excluded entirely from the AV. Not an AV problem.
