As my requests have gone unanswered, I'll try it again differently 
it seems that the free quest plugin tries to spam/redo certain quests that are bugged ingame, instead of skipping them. (there is for instance a quest that is known to be bugged ingame for everyone, yesterday I saw multiple bots pile up and walk in circles trying to finish it..)
It would be great if Out could share the plugin files so people could adjust/remove a quest if necessary, maybe a guide for the community would be helpful too, so we can help complete the quest progress from 33-50.
For now, plugin files available OR an option to skip a quest OR remove QuestID: 2754 "Cursed tome" Nuian.
