I've been paying for Buddy Bots for several years now and every other time I attempt to renew my subscription I'm met with this page. What I usually have to do is submit a ticket and wait a while to receive a response about working with someone on renewing my subscription. This time it's not liking my password in order to even submit a ticket and talk to someone. I don't even have the option to reset the password. I don't have to renew, I'm just wondering.
