Archebuddy dont open Archeage

My ArcheAge does not open
I click to open the ArcheAge the following message appears :

And nothing happens , already tried to delete and install ArcheAge , delete and install ab reinstall c ++ 2015 x86

Dunno man, a lot of problems are having problems but there's no final answers or any answers at all. We're all clueless atm o-o

Hi, there is no final solution ATM. All you can do - just wait, or try to collect any info that can help me to find solutions (it can be anything, antiviruses\firewalls\install latest windows updates, install vs2013 redist x86 also, reinstall vs2015 redist x86\etc\etc)

You can scan or watch my pc if that helps
