Does archebuddy have a built in HWID changer each time you launch, If not what is the best way to change HWID incase of bans etc?

Only if you launch account from AB Account Manager

So let me get this straight, everytime I launch a certain account with AB Account Manager it spoofs that HWID making it unique?

And if I would be banned I could fire up another account with a different IP and automatically a new HWID and be safe?

Every time when you create new account in Account MAnager - this account get new unique HWID that will used when you launch this account

If I would be to run an account through account manager and would want to use a VPN instead of a socks, can I just have the VPN activated and not type in any socks details in The Account manager?
