Archaeology safe?

Hi so ive just recently maxxed out arch and have set the bot farming in pandaria, im wondering is arch easily detactable? saw the whole ban wave with archy but im wondering if its safe enough for me to go sleep and leave it running for some hours? Yes i know that every bot is detactable but im asking is arch safer than other things on HB?

The massive archy ban wave happened pretty sure because of the teleporting hacks that went with it.

I've been doing lots of archaeology, but always when I'm at the computer.
There's a lake in Vale of Eternal Blossom, where the bot can't use Survey, he just sits in the water.
