Arch worth it with slow mount?

So, i just hit 70.

I have been questing mostly, with some instances. Most of it was legit, since this is my first horde character. I wanted to do the new zones that i havnt done before.


But now that i am 70, i wanted to do some arch. But i don't have the gold to buy epic flying.


Is AB worth it if i don't have epic flying or BOA's?
If not, what is the best, non-babysit, way for me to bot?

Isn't questbot pretty "unstable"?

I want a way to do it un-babysat.

AND, how does mixed mode work? what does it do exactly?

Mixed combines two bots which can be combined, iE most bots with BGBuddy, so while you wait for bg, the bot will arch, quest, grind etc.
