Well, my arch is currently 305 but my bot is still in kalimdor, is there any profile so the bot will automaticially go to northrend?

Archaeology bot doesn't use profiles as such, so I think you'll need to travel to another continent manually if you want to level other Archaeology factions. I found it faster to stick to Eastern Kingdoms/Kalimdor tho, because the dig sites are more closely grouped.
