hmm I think you are asking can the bot make use of Arc skill at maximum Arc skill range?
So Arc has a range of.. Radius 45

So, presuming you are only using Arc, within ExileBuddy (EB) set your Ranged Aoe and Ranged Single Target skills both to the Arc skill slot AND set the Max Range Range to 45.

Alternatively, you can set Arc as the Melee AOE and Melee Single Target Skill, and then set the maximum Melee range to 45. Then use the Ranged AOE/Single Target with something other Skill.
